Altus Rooftop, Bar & Lounge

Altus offers an elegant, polished and welcoming experience, inspired by the great wine and Champagne bars of the world, yet distinctly local in its menus and undeniably chic in its interiors. Located on Level 12, Altus is a destination for after-work drinks, memorable high teas, relaxed afternoons and sunset sips, with wraparound views stretching across Melbourne and the Dandenong Ranges. Our bar menu draws on seasonal Victorian ingredients and evolves with the seasons, while the open-air rooftop creates one of Melbourne’s most striking settings to enjoy expertly crafted cocktails and celebrated wines with the city below.

Children Policy: Please note that guests under the age of 18 may enjoy access to Altus until 6.00pm.
Dress Code: Altus requires a smart casual dress code at all times. No shorts or sportswear. Smart trainers and denim are acceptable.

Created in collaboration with World’s Best Female Chef 2025, Chef Pam, the Altus Tower brings together an indulgent selection of seafood, truffle and flame-grilled flavours, including Caviar-Crowned Tartare, Truffle Shuffle Polenta, Head-to-Tail Shrimp Roll, Sun-Kissed Crab and Beef Rib on the Flame.
