Begin your celebration with your choice of entrée, from wood-fired Western Australian scallops with sweetcorn crema, crisp pancetta and chive oil, to wood-roasted duck breast with cherry mostarda and charred radicchio, or That’s Amore burrata with grilled yellow peach, white balsamic dressing and fresh basil.

For your main course, choose from wood-roasted Murray cod with clams, cherry tomatoes and saffron brodo; roasted lamb rack with potato pavé, charred green beans and rosemary jus; or beetroot and goat’s curd pansotti with wood-roasted zucchini, basil butter, lemon and ricotta salata.

Conclude your festive feast with Pastore’s Christmas pudding, served with caramel sauce and cherry sorbet, for a sweet finish to your Christmas celebration.
